60-Day Limited Warranty Policy 

Our customized canvas wall art comes with a 60-day limited warranty starting from the date of delivery. 

What is Covered:

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, including: 


• Frame warping or joint separation
• 
Loose or sagging canvas.
• 
Print/ink defects not present in the original file. 
• 
Physical damage discovered and reported immediately upon delivery. 


What is Not Covered: 


• Environmental Wear: Fading, warping, or mold resulting from exposure to direct sunlight, high humidity, moisture, or extreme temperature changes. 
• 
Mishandling: Accidental punctures, tears, scratches, or drops after a successful delivery.
• 
Image Quality: Blurring or pixelation caused by low-resolution files submitted by the customer.
• 
Change of Mind: As these are permanently customized items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing mistakes or personal preference changes.
