REFUND POLICY

Refunds & Returns for Bespoke Canvas Art
Because all of our canvas wall art pieces are custom printed, hand-framed, and built to order exclusively for you, Home and Decor PH does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change-of-mind purchases once production has commenced.
We highly encourage our clients to double-check their chosen artwork designs, frame variations, and wall dimensions before finalizing their orders.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. We take great care in securely packaging our premium framed canvases, but in the rare event that your art arrives damaged during transit or possesses a clear manufacturing defect, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost to you.
To claim a replacement for a damaged item:
  1. Contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your package via our official social media channels or email.
  2. Provide your Name, Order Number, and clear photographs/videos of the damaged canvas and its shipping packaging.
  3. Once reviewed and verified, we will prioritize fabricating and dispatching a brand-new replacement canvas for you.
